Let's break the stigma that the idea of exercise is body builders lifting heavy weights at the gym. If you've found yourself in a place of discouragement time and time again within the exercise world, this may be why...

When you think of the word "fitness", for some, there is a flood of questions that enters the mind that may sound like..
“How can I better my health and well being? What do I need to do to stay consistent? How can I get that feeling of strength and be able to move more freely? What does it feel like to move with confidence and comfort, to have the ability to complete a task or everyday activities with ease and less pain?”
With all these questions, there is an answer!
Think outside the box!
Exercising does not have to look like over doing an activity until you're defeated, at risk for an injury or feeling sore for days after. The thought of this alone is discouraging which prevents many from exploring the world of exercise. This doesn't have to happen!
Exercise is to add movement of ANY kind. That's right, any movement counts! Start with slow, small increments, focusing on what your body needs, at your own pace and comfort level. Finding any movement you enjoy will give you the positive energy your muscles and brain need. Better circulation throughout the body will help with your mood, sleep and concentration. The positive benefits from this will surely start to build from inside out.
